Water Pressure Test

Today we were able to commission two identical water pressure test systems, which we can use to test the tightness at a maximum of 16 bar and the water flow rate of the cooling plates we produce.

It is intended for particularly critical components that are used in clean rooms of the highest classes.

BIG IS BEAUTIFUL

On our portal milling machine, we can process plates made of non-ferrous metals and plastics up to a size of 1000 x 1500 x 20 mm!

FEHLMANN visits

We welcomed the entire German sales team from FEHLMANN AG for a technical exchange on the automatic handling of large-format parts and the use of vacuum clamping technology on 5-axis machining centers.

A VISIT FROM THE MAYOR

On March 21, Keltern's mayor Steffen Bochinger visited our company.

He was particularly impressed by the two high-end milling centers with robot loading, which can process, measure, clean and dry parts around the clock.

Fruit box

Fresh fruit from the organic fruit box is available to our employees for a snack between meals. A healthy addition to the free mineral water and hot drinks on offer.

Heat recovery system

We are now using the waste heat from our compressors to heat the company premises. This drastically reduces the consumption of natural gas

Expansion of the photovoltaic system

We have had a PV system installed on the roof of our hall since 2000. In September, this was extended by 63 modules with a gross output of 28.9 kWp and equipped with new inverters. The total output is now 54.34 kWp.

Conversion to LED lighting

In September, we completed the switch to energy-saving LED lighting throughout the building.

Charging station for electric vehicles

A 22kW charging station with two charging points is available for our company vehicles. And of course for everyone who arrives with an electric vehicle.
